Donation terms

YuCROWN Corporation keeps the Earth Library. Gifts made here go to keeping it — holding what has been written down, shelving it so it can be found, reading it, and publishing those readings.

Our operating costs are covered separately. None of your gift runs this organisation.

A gift made here purchases nothing. It does not obtain, unlock, or improve anything for you, and it does not place anything in the Library.

Crowning a letter is a separate act, made by the person who wrote it. It is not a gift and is not covered by these terms.

Gifts are denominated in US dollars. Outside the United States, the amount may be presented and charged in your local currency at the rate applied at the time of payment. The dollar amount is the amount of your gift.

Gifts are one-time. Nothing here creates an ongoing obligation.

Payments are processed by Stripe. YuCROWN Corporation does not receive or store your card details.

Because a gift purchases nothing, there is nothing to return. Gifts are final and are not refunded.

We will correct an error. If you were charged twice, entered an amount you did not intend, or did not authorise a payment, write to support@yucrown.earth and we will return it.

Returns go to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days. For payments charged in a currency other than US dollars, the returned amount may differ slightly because of exchange rate movement.

After a gift is received we send a written acknowledgment recording the organisation, the amount, the date, and that no goods or services were provided in exchange for this contribution.

We make no statement about the tax treatment of your gift. That is a question for you and your tax adviser.

The acknowledgment is transactional and is sent for every gift. Notices about the Library's published readings are separate, optional, and never required in order to give.
