When you make a Drop: name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details), IP address. When you visit: server logs, Google Analytics 4 data (anonymized, ID: G-2XL7GT6NDM). When you contact us: name, email, and message.

To process your contribution and issue a tax-deductible receipt. To mint your Living Certificate and send your Earth LinC magic link. To respond to inquiries. To maintain IRS-required donation records. To improve our website through anonymized analytics. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Stripe (payment processing). EcoMatcher (tree verification — GPS and tree data recorded on TreeChain). Google Analytics 4 (anonymized site analytics).

Living Certificates minted on Polygon are public blockchain records. Your wallet address (if you choose to redeem) becomes permanently associated with your certificates on-chain. We do not publish your name or email publicly.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing giving@yucrown.earth. Note: blockchain records are immutable and cannot be deleted. IRS-required donation records must be retained for the legally required period.

We use HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
